Awareness campaign for more sustainable, smarter and safer travel in Brainport

Smarter, more sustainable and safer travel is a must. Certainly in a fast-growing region like Brainport Eindhoven. To keep the region accessible, liveable and safe, Brainport Development, Turnn, the Municipality of Eindhoven and ASML are launching an awareness campaign and actions in October to encourage employees of Brainport companies to travel smarter, safer and more sustainably. With the slogan: ‘How zero are you?’ and a serious game, they call on employers and employees in the Brainport region to think about mobility.

The CBS and the RIVM recently announced that greenhouse gas emissions are almost back to pre-Corona levels. This is in spite of the ambition to make Europe climate-neutral by 2050. This requires not only smart technological solutions in the field of mobility, but above all a change in thinking on the part of employers and employees. This is not only good for the environment but also for the economy.

With awareness campaign along the campuses
On Monday 4 October, Brainport Development, Turnn, the municipality of Eindhoven and ASML are launching an awareness campaign for employers and employees. With a serious game that inspires you to think about how you can travel more sustainably, the above parties will visit the campuses in the region. On 4 October, the game will be on display at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. A promotion team will also be present to reach the professionals on campus. The central question is: “How zero are you? During the Dutch Design Week from 16 to 24 October, the serious game will be set up for a broad audience.
